Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Before I took this course I intended to become a Neuroscience major that focused solely on the biological aspect of the brain. This course opened my mind to, ironically, the mind and its various psychological and cognitive processes. I would highly recommend the class because there is no true prerequisite because all that is required to succeed in the class is an open mind and an aptitude for learning.

    Course highlights:

My favorite unit is biological processes where we focus on the biological aspect of psychology because neuroscience and psychology have such cohesion in that each influence the other so greatly that it is nearly impossible to separate the two fields fully. I learned the name and function of nearly every structure in the brain and the influence that each has on behavior and cognition. I also learned about chemicals that are produced by the body and the brain that heavily influence human behavior and actions.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Embrace the vocabulary assignments with an attitude that is positive and will ensure the highest levels of retention because the final exam and the tests in the class are filled with various vocabulary terms across all of the units that you learn in the class.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I love the teacher and the way he taught us the information. He would always make the class really interesting and it would make more sense this way! You make this it is difficult because it is an AP class but he made it not seem so hard.

    Course highlights:

I gained more knowledge on how the human body works and many different vocabulary words on the brain. It was all really interesting if you are interested in that kind of pathway.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

You need to always be studying the vocabulary given because it is a lot every single day. Do not stress yourself out to much because in the end it will all be well worth it.
