Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Mrs. St. John is a great teacher, one of the few that I have found trustworthy in the school. The literature we were required to read was interesting, although difficult and often long. Some of the books we read this year were Anna Karenina, East of Eden, The Stranger, etc.

    Course highlights:

Throughout the course we have had interesting and thought provoking discussions on the books we read. Mrs. St. John is very hard working and always kept the grades up to date. She was always willing to help students with essays and questions they had.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you get your World Lit paper written and written well. It is easy to forget but the grade can bite you if you forget about it. Although you don't want to wait until the last night to read your book, don't string out your reading over too long of a timespan. Have your reading concentrated to a few days before the quiz/test is due.
