Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Martin was an exceptional teacher who brought light and joy to each and every day in his classroom. He allowed the students to be themselves and express their own opinions about various topics related to the course all while providing his students with the proper knowledge needed to excel on the AP exam. Dr. Martin always helped teach his subjects in U.S. History by giving students a good laugh to help relate each topic to something everyone would know.

    Course highlights:

I gained an advanced knowledge of the presidents and their parties along with states and their capitals to begin the school year. From then on, I learned, at a rather quick pace, the various details of United States history that I had failed to learn in classed before.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

In order to succeed, one must apply a serious amount of effort to understanding how to properly formulate and compose the various essays for the AP exam. Along with this, it would be very wise to take some sort of notes in class and review them at home as the tests and quizzes go over what was learned in class.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend intro to United States history because this class teaches you the history of the country we live in. The class takes you all the way back to when this continent was inhabited my the native people and animals and was nothing but unknown land to the modern day American government and policies.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this class were wars and battles this country has fought in and has shaped the country in many ways pushing people to recover from the violence. The Industrial Revolution was not a war but the event of bettering the producing ability of the factories in America has led to the creation of several ideas which have improved this nation.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would tell the students taking this course to pay attention to every little situation that leads up to a major event in the American history. Every major event is caused by several little events affect each other and the American people.
