Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course to any one because it prepares you for college from your freshmen year to your sophomore year. It prepares you by taking college visits, teaching you how to become organized, and it also teaches you how to manage your time wisely.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot of things in my AVID class. My peers and I have been together for four years and that has taught me how to deal with different peoples opinions, personalities, and also learning styles. It has also taught me leadership because there has been times where I have had to step up and help out one of my peers that were in need.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

The advice that I would give to any one who is considering this course is to make sure that you ask for help if you need it. In AVID we are giving free tutors who are willing to assist students with any type of help that is needed, but if you don't let them know that your struggling then you aren't going to be successful.
