    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Sociology truly shows what society is, as well as why humans think the way they do because of aspects in society, and what the social issues are like; experiencing other cultures.

    Course highlights:

I gained insight on society, and that there are a ton of corrupt ideas, government needs repairing as well as some aspects in our society might need some revision; in the sense that we might need to relate a little more to others, listen to what people have to say, accept and learn about differences in the community, and why we are the way we are today.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

As a student in the class you really need to dive into the teachings, look into backgrounds of teaching ideas, think deeply, pay attention to vocabulary, ad start thinking abstractly for if you keep your blinders on- you will not learn anything. Studying was the most critical part, for it being a CAPP level class you really need to spend at least two hours a night on chapters and worksheets in order to receive a excellent grade.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course helped me better understand why we do the things we do and why act the way we act. It gave me a better understanding of the world and the people that live in our world.

    Course highlights:

The highlights were learning about the brain. This is when you really get to understand how our body functions and how it ties into our actions.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take many notes and pay attention because it is somewhat difficult to comprehend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would completely recommend this course, it is an eye opener into what is going on across the globe and how the United States is or is not getting involved.

    Course highlights:

I gained a lot of knowledge about current foreign affairs, past wars, and geographical knowledge.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

You definitely need to study for the map tests! Get yourself blank maps and mini sticky notes, write the country names on the sticky notes and place on the bank maps.
