Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course for Mrs. Grelecki is a very respectful and knowledgeable teacher. She is very helpful when it comes to reading papers and gives great feed back before she even sits down to grade them. Her teaching methods are very entertaining for she has a lot of passion and enthusiasm for the course of English.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was when Mrs. Grelecki made the class act out the play Hamlet. Sometimes she would step in and play the roles if she felt someone wasn't giving enough enthusiasm. Her energy in the class room really is going to make this class memorable and I will take the knowledge I learned from this class to my next chapter.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

I advise students that are considering this course to come prepared to read for there is a good bit of reading in this course. Also I recommend for students to not procrastinate for due dates seem to come very fast and it is always better to turn it in early then late.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Ms. Tolson is an amazing English teacher with a lot of experience. With her guiding you, your research writing skills will impress any future college professor. She goes through many of the things colleges will need and that enough is a reason to take the class.

    Course highlights:

So far, I believe it is improving my writing and my research skills. I never researched to the level that Ms. Tolson has pushed us to, but I am grateful for it because I know that this is the level many colleges will be expecting, so it is taking me one step ahead on my future.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not fall behind in your studies. Makes sure to write down personal, neat notes in addition that the teacher has down for you. The more notes you take in and outside of class, the better you will be once the tests and studying come around.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would greatly recommend this course to any student wanting to go on after high school and receive a higher education. Tolson goes into great depth on writing college style and gets you ready to endure college professors and what they want. She gets you out of the elementary writing so many continue to use through out their life and makes her students sound very professional.

    Course highlights:

I gained maturity from taking this course. I use to write essays, poems, and research papers like a fourth grader and now I sound like an educated adult. She cares about your future and pushes you to go after your dreams and will not stop until you have done things right. Her papers and assignments reflect the college style, therefore it helps you prepare.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not take the class if you are not willing to work outside of class. The environment is treated like a college environment and she does not babysit her students or treat them differently. Her grading is not just a number on a paper but also an explanation so if constructive criticism angers you, do not take the course.
