If you have any questions, don't be afraid to ask. The teacher is a great source of help when you don't understand something. Khan Academy is also a great help in learning new concepts. Make sure you do the homework, no matter how tempted you may be to use a homework pass. The homework is what helps you understand the work better. Also, do the study guide several times in the days leading up to the test. It is a great and accurate outline of what the actual test will be.
