Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Besides the fact that Accounting is my major, I found this class very informative. We also had a group presentation that allowed us to analyze a company's financial standing which is very useful to anyone regardless of their major.

    Course highlights:

After taking this course, I am proud to say I know how to be more active and involved in group participation. Additionally, I gained experience on delivering informative and explanatory presentations and analysis to an audience. I also learnt the basic accounting principles, financial statements, and accounting boards. Finally, I learnt about ethics in Accounting, an invaluable skill that every person should have.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

I would say just study! Do not procrastinate. Be involved in the class as the professor is very engaging. My number one advice would be to have a review day at the end of the week where you go over everything you learnt for the week and prepare ahead of the coming class. Also, use the study guides provided, visit your professor, or if you are a bit shy like I am, get a good tutor online for a few hours.
