    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Professor Westrick is great; she is always willing to help you out with any problem you're having with the course. She even has her own website for the course with samples of the essays you will be writing in the course so you can get an idea of what the end product should look like.

    Course highlights:

I gained a better understanding of MLA format through this course. This was the first class I've taken that places a lot of emphasis on proper formatting, so I learned a lot from having to pay close attention to that.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Start thinking about your topics for the last two papers early; it took me a while to decide. Also, be very careful that your essay fulfills the prompt since a failure to do so is a fast and easy way to lose an A grade on an otherwise excellent paper. Finally, pay close attention to MLA formatting; the lowest grades I got on this course were due to incorrect formatting.
