Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Fun and lots of activities that correlate to what you're learning. I love performing and learning at the same time. Another awesome thing about the class is I'm really close to the students in it and feel comfortable with anything we do in the class.

    Course highlights:

The highlights would be teaching other students throughout the school how to perform exercise correctly. Also getting to work in teams throughout the year was very fun and helpful to me to gain the most knowledge possible.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I'd tell them to make sure they go home and study the material everyday. Just a little bit everyday makes a huge difference. Also don't take the course unless you are passionate about the health field and enjoy sports or exercise.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It is alot of work but as long as you stay on top of everything and ask questions it's a really fun course. You learn so much while enrolled in this course.

    Course highlights:

My favorite thing that I learned while taking that course was when we were certified in first aid, AED, and CPR for not only adults but infants as well. It was so Hands-On and astonishing because you can take the knowledge from this course and know that you could possibly save somebody's life in the future.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

My advice to you if you were to take this course would be don't give up on yourself and believe that you can achieve and finish this class. This course may be a little difficultbut if you work hard you will finish this course.
