Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class is where I learned to have meaningful discussions about important literature and how to hear and respond to other people's perspectives on the same literature. I read incredible books and spent real time writing literary analysis on everything I read.

    Course highlights:

Some of the highlights were the literature discussions with the entire class and learning how to form well constructed arguments for my claims.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Always mark up and really analyze what ever you're reading. This will help you to write or speak on any analysis or arguments you will have.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Basic English class, if you're on track with your English credits, I would just take an ap class instead of this.

    Course highlights:

A lot of focus on evidence based reading

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Stay up to date on you're homework

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

For one, it is required to graduate. Secondly, Ms. Raffa is a fun and kind teacher. She allows students to express themselves and their opinions in class.

    Course highlights:

I liked the argumentative unit. I learned how to support my side of the argument effectively.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Just do the work, pay attention, get involved in the discussions, and participate in class. If you do that you should get an A or a B
