    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this highly if you're going into the medical field. There is lots of information and homework involved, however you truly do gain a lot of knowledge throughout the year.

    Course highlights:

I really enjoyed learning about cellular respiration, and ATP generation because it is all so relevant to our lives and we never really focus on it otherwise.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Create really good study habits, including going over the new notes each night. The more you familiarize yourself with the content the better you're going to do because each topic is related.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I found this to be a very informative course, with interesting concepts. There is a lot of information, but if you are willing to put in the work and effort, you will be successful.

    Course highlights:

After taking this course, you are prepared for college level biology. I think it gave me a good overall understanding of biology. We covered a lot of topics and and completed interesting labs.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The one main thing I would recommend is learning to study every night after class. Every night you should go over the notes that you learned in class that day, and the previous days.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it because it is stuff you need to know if you're considering entering the Medical Field or a Health related field. It was very beneficial although very challenging.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was learning to be able to use my resources and have study groups and try new study habits I never had before. It was tough, however it challenged me to go against my normal study habits and see what really works and what does not.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

To succeed you need to look over your notes every single night on top of the nightly homework. I would also recommend being extremely organized on your notes and paying very close attention in class so you do not miss anything.
