Pretty easy, overall.
This course teaches you a lot about our current healthcare system. Although it does feature various discussion board postings and health news article summaries, which are required weekly, the course work itself is not difficult.
The title of this course may lead you to think it will be boring and unnecessary, but it actually teaches you the in's and out's about how healthcare system is organized, funding distribution, and the many flaws in our health care system. The professor is knowledgeable and passionate about the subject.

Advice for students:
There is only one exam in this course for the entire semester and covers all chapters reviewed. There is really no way to prepare yourself seeing as how there is so much material presented, but the good news is the exam is open-book and you will likely do well because the weekly required discussion boards sort of help give you general knowledge about the important concepts.
