    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    The professor Dr. Michael Evans brings to life a 250 year old document in engaging ways. The readings and class discussions are lively because of the fresh perspectives taken on older topics.

    Course highlights:

    I learned how to view our founding fathers not simply as icons but as living, breathing human beings - with all the faults and advantages that comes with that. This course humanized the debates around different aspects of our Constitution.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    This course is not for the bystanders. Active class discussions only come from engagement with the reading. However, if you put in the work the class will repay you in great dividends with a real understanding about a crucial debates and decisions in our history - debates and decisions we still experience the repercussions of today.
