Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

There is a lack of acknowledgement and education around African and African-American history within the K-12th grade school system. Everyone should be fully aware of the ethic and cultural history that America is founded on, it must not be hidden or half told. I became a more conscience and sympathetic individual because of the Intro to African and Afrian-American History course.

    Course highlights:

One of the key components of history is the narrative in which it is told. When understanding and studying about history one should consider the all perspectives involved or effected. Being aware of one's own culture is not enough when living in a country occupied by many cultures.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take the course serious. Have a valid opinion with support and evidence. Do the work.
