    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it but maybe with a different professor!

    Course highlights:

I got insight on how people viewed problems and how I can stop or intervene in that problem.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Listen to everything she says because it might be on the exam. Take good pictures for the projects because she is very picky. GO TO CLASS!

    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This course was very informative of the social problems process. The course included many great class decisions that forced students to critically think about various social problems that affect society each day.

    Course highlights:

I gained the knowledge of how to identify the social problems process especially when it comes to the role of the media. We learned that the media usually highlights a few key points of a story that may not tell the full story. I learned how to be a better consumer by looking deeper into advertisements and media stories and finding the facts compared to what sounds good.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure that you read all of the assigned readings to properly prepare for the class discussions. You must participate to get a decent grade. There were 2 papers and 2 test which was the majority of the grade. You are also graded on attendance so be there!
