Pretty easy, overall.
As young women, it is so important for us to be fully aware of our sexuality and understand what it means to be a woman. The course goes in depth about how society has manipulated the image of a woman and tricked us into believing we ought to act a certain way because the alternative is "unlady-like". It sparks your interest because she gives examples of movies, shows and even toys we were introduced to during adolescence and although they were seemingly innocent back then, she points out its sexist notions.
It challenges you to take what you know, and what you've learned and look at it in different perspectives. I learned that only I can define who I am as a woman. Society and its labels play no role in defining who I am.
