    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Social statistics combines statistics and sociology into one class. The formulas used are those which help determine percentages and statistics that deal with real life events, for example the census bureau.

    Course highlights:

This class allowed me to take statistics to the next level and actually apply it to the concepts learned in my other sociology classes. Real life examples were applied to each math problem and even helped me better understand concepts from my other classes.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Taking notes is an extremely important part of this class. Really listening to the professor and soaking all of the information in during class, then going home and looking over the notes from class is crucial. Practice makes perfect!
