Not too easy. Not too difficult.
It's a good course. The course is kind of like an overview of Exercise Physiology. There is a lot of the same information discussed. The study guides are not too helpful though.
I am in love with health and fitness so learning about the body and how it processes food and what exercise and nutrition can do to your body really intrigues me. Not a bad course to have under your belt.

Definitely, study a few days before the quizzes and if you have the book, be sure to skim through the chapters before the quizzes of course.
