    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Professor Maxwell was really good, informative and down to the earth. Maxwell is also very intelligent and often tried to relate with the class, which helped with approaching her for help with difficult sections. Most professors are tough to approach and she wasn't. I really enjoyed her class, definitely would take calc 1 with her.

    Course highlights:

I learnt so much about trigonometric technique. I also learnd so much about integration. I learned short cut way to solve the problem.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would suggest to give more time if you are not that good in math. You will definitively enjoy once you go through it because calculus is not like algebra. Try to find a friend to discuss with so that it will help one another.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Rizzo is an amazing teacher to take for 2201, it's a hard class but she presents it in a way that you can understand. She's very passionate about math which rubs off on students. GO TO HER OFFICE HOURS!

    Course highlights:

I learned how everything in calculus sort of builds off of each other. She lets you use a cheat sheet and lets you redo test for extra credit.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to her office hours, study study study! Rework problems, when she says "Great test problem" put a star beside it because chances are it'll be on the test. Don't come to class just to talk it's aggravating for her and for other students.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Ms. Akimova made calculus really simple to understand

    Course highlights:

she allowed us to use notecards with formulas for our tests so that was really helpful. I learned how everything in calculus is built upon what you know or should've known previously.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

if you need to take this course or enjoy math then this class is for you
