    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    BEST class! You will learn SO much about your body/life and how to take care of it. You will also learn how to recognize problems in the lives of others and how to help them out! Incredibly fun and interesting, plus it's an easy A.

    Course highlights:

    Life balance, precautionary health, healthy habits.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Read the textbook, it's easy to follow and interesting, plus it will really help you in the course.
