    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I loved this class! Dr. El-Mayas in an excellent professor! She thoroughly presents the information and gives examples on the board as well as physical examples if possible. She keeps the class engaged by asking questions and making jokes about the topic that helps us to remember the information. She uploads all her lectures online so that if you miss class you can still be caught up with the rest of the class. Also, she gives chances for extra credit so you can have that extra push to earn a good grade!

    Course highlights:

My highlights of this course have been learning about all the microorganisms involved in our everyday lives. I learned that microbial are the basis of all life. I learned that of course there are bad microorganisms that are harmful such as the E.Coli bacteria, but there are also good organisms that can work to help cure a sickness such as the Penicillium fungi.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would advice students to go over new material every day! As soon as you have free time after that class, review the material you have just received. Never wait until the last minute to cram for an exam.
