    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    VK is a great professor...funny, caring, and involved in student learning and the retention of course material.

    Course highlights:

    I learned how to calculate my value as a marketing professional. This is the hardest part of any marketers job. VK's class teaches you how to quantify profitable customers, determine which customers make up this category, and convert less profitable customers into long-term profitability.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Find a peer/group to complete the homework assignments with the day that they are assigned. Don't wait until the night before the due date to complete the homework.
