    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Grades are not updated regularly, usually takes around a month for an update. The teacher does not respond to emails or work with the students.

    Course highlights:

Through this course, I learned how to better manage my time, get better sleep, and about a wide variety of psychologies history and achievements.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Be on top of the homework and thoroughly read the chapters. Exams and reports are the most difficult parts of the class but quizzes are tough.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The class is very straight forward. The professor only assigns the text that will be included on the test at the end of each week. If you have a hard time finishing a chapter a week I do not suggest taking this class. I also do not suggest this class if you tend to turn in assignments late since they are counted as a zero if even a minute late.

    Course highlights:

On our first psychology report we got to chose our own topic. I learned quite a bit from my report such as a person with schizophrenia has a slightly different immune system from others. We learned about other mental disorders also. We learned about the different schools of thought within psychology such as structuralism, functionalism, behaviorism, and others.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

If you are to take this course start the psychology reports in advanced. Remember that discussion replies are only accepted Friday through Sunday. All assignments except for the discussion replies can be turned in in advance.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This was an online class. I feel that the professor was very involved in our learning through the discussion board. It helped me learn the content of the book much better.

    Course highlights:

Highlights of this course were how the brain works. Why we think and act like we do. How to shape our future by positive thinking, and how to make our world better and more safe by understanding how the mind thinks.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Make note cards on what you read. The tests are very hard and very involved.
