    | Would recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class if you are interested into going into the medical field. It gives you an idea of some of the things you will learn and it also gives you an idea of how hard the classes will be. You have to be dedicated to go into that field and to get a good grade in this class, you will have to be very diligent about studying.

    Course highlights:

I gained a taste of what it will be like to go to college for pre-med and then medical school. There aren't a lot of classes that push you like this one did. Also dissecting animals was a highlight for me. Being able to see the anatomy of the things that we learning on paper was extremely helpful in the learning process.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You definitely need to put the time into studying. For the handouts, copy them with blank slots so you can practice labeling them. Also color coordinating is a must. Keep all of the diagrams. D o not throw them away. Always be taking notes, if she goes through the slides fast ask to come after class and copy the notes. Take notes on what she is saying because she will sometimes put that on the test. Your lab notebook will count for more points then you think so really take the time to make it neat. I also think it is really helpful

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend a human anatomy class because it is extremely interesting to learn how the body works. Although challenging at times, I really enjoy this class because I get to learn how the systems of the body work and how I can apply this information to my own life.

    Course highlights:

The main highlight of human anatomy was dissecting a cat. We got to find the major muscles of the cat and dissect the digestive system. By doing this, we could actually see what those body parts would look like, which is very similar to that of human body parts.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

If you are expecting to go into a career in the medical field, this is a great course to take. You learn about the body, how it works, and various diseases that can occur. The biggest piece of advice I could give you is study, study, study. You will not pass the tests if you do not study and listen in class.
