Not too easy. Not too difficult.

Being emotionally open with my writing.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recomend this course due to the facts that the professors course theme of Carribean exploration allowed me study cultures I would have otherwise known nothing about.

    Course highlights:

Throughout the course we learned about all of the different island nations in the region, and I was personally responsible for presenting a report on Barbados's cultural development since independance from Britain.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the material your professor tells you to. Honestly if you do nothing else, READ IT. You may get random quizes or be called upon in class. If you never know what's going on, your professor will see you as someone who doesn't take the course seriously.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This English class had an emphasis on Environmental Studies, which allowed for the content to be more interesting and more applicable to life outside of the one course. The professor was very knowledgeable and easy to understand. She encouraged collaboration, so I have many friends from that one class.

    Course highlights:

This class gave me the insight to be more aware of how my actions affected the local environment along with how the actions of colleges across the state affect the environment on a macro scale. The knowledge gained from this class contributes to the decisions I make every day to better the environment.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Readings are a must, but they are very interesting. Attendance is critical.
