    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The course is very difficult and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who didn't have to take it. It's not one of those courses that anyone takes just for fun. That being said I learned a lot.

    Course highlights:

I learned chemical naming, bonding, structures, and reactions. I learned synthetic pathways and how to synthesize different compounds. I learned reaction rates, rate determining steps, and energy levels.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Study, study, study. I had an amazing teacher that did everything in his power for us to succeed. I was lucky. I definitely should have spent more time outside of class studying. Flashcards are a lifesaver! Practice, practice, practice the reactions and solvents.
