Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class is probably one of the most beneficial classes you could take. English 101 speech really helps people who are afraid of public speaking get over that fear and prepares you for the future when sometimes you won't have a choice in speaking publicly.

    Course highlights:

I loved working with the information that I didn't know before this course and I love research. i learned a lot about the different forms of public speaking and what each one has a use for.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You should definitely take this course if you are thinking of a job where you might need to speak publicly, but even if you aren't they teach how to use it in everyday life too.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This speech class has helped prepare me for college, and has helped me gain confidence when speaking in front of others.

    Course highlights:

Creating a resume was one of the most helpful assignments from this course. I have already used it to apply for colleges and scholarships. I have learned how to speak professionally, present information, persuade others, and create visual aids.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Work outside of class if possible. The teacher will be more likely to help you if you worked ahead on your own time.
