    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I wouldn't recommend this course if a student isn't willing to put their own time and effort towards their education, this class isn't for them.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course was learning about the paleolithic and neolithic societies. Discovering the patriarchy wasn't a sociobiological adaptation that was created to balance society was rather created so men can protect their herds.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Always stay on top of your readings of the chapters, do terms, watch crash course and lastly, don't limit yourself to the textbook research on you own using other resources.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I wouldn't recommend it to students who cant keep up with a fast paced learning environment. Be ready to have read 30-70 pages before the chapter test on Wednesdays/Thursdays. However, the teacher is amazing and very understanding !!

    Course highlights:

I learned more about history. I loved learning about various empires because I had some knowledge on other countries but not to the extent I have now.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

KEEP UP WITH THE WORK. Don't slack, Read the chapters during the weekend and study throughout the week. WATCH CRASH COURSE Do terms.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The teacher i had was great. She did her job absolutely amazingly. She helped everyone understand the material, even if it took some students a little longer then others. This course was very difficult and time consuming. This class has an extraordinary amount of work and it is hard to catch up on work if you fall behind.

    Course highlights:

The best part of this course was the teacher. She really did her absolute best teaching her students the material. She cared about everyone getting the proper education they deserved. She moved at a very fast pace because of the amount of information that needed to be taught, but she did not leave any student behind lost or wondering what was going on.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you have time after school to excel in this course. This course gives a lot of homework, you have to find a lot of answers on your own and these answers are not simple to find. Also you need to prepared to do everything that is given to you, you must be ready to stay focused for more then one hour a day. The last thing is you can not give up easily.
