    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Statistics is used in everyday life and after high school. The course was very helpful to understand how to analyze data and apply the concepts to real life situations.

    Course highlights:

Personally, we did a lot of hands on labs that were very entertaining and engaging. I also liked the individual attention each student got. I learned a lot about different types of statistical tests and correlation of points.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

My advice would be to do the homework. A lot of times the questions on the quizzes and tests are similar to the questions in the homework. The dude worksheets are really nice too. I would maybe even suggest creating note cards for the equations that one must memorize for the test.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend this course to anyone who likes proving people wrong, this course will definitely bring that side out of you, and rightfully so. You will learn why half the statistics you see on a daily basis are wrong and you will also learn how to conduct some true statistics of your own. Something I wish I would have known before I took this course is that, if it is your fist AP class, it moves very fast which takes some time to get used to. I also wish somebody would have told me that answering an AP Statistics question correctly requires you to use very specific vocabulary; one wrong word can make your entire answer wrong even if you had the correct numbers.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course usually occurred while conducting labs. In our class, we would make Barbie dolls go bungee jumping off the balcony, and we would shoot paper balls into recycling bins. All of the labs were very helpful in getting the information across and being productive while also entertaining the class and everybody's interest in statistics.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

To any student considering this course, I would advise you to stay on top of your work at all times, even if you miss a class. It is all too easy to get behind because the class moves pretty fast, and you will have quizzes often, like weekly.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it is needed and a basic class for any degree, but it also gives you insight on the mathematical world and how useful it can be.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was learning math that mattered to me and seeing how it can be applied to everyday events and worldwide occasions.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study the math everyday no matter how simple it seems because the concepts you learn build on each other and become more complex quickly.
