    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

AP United States History with Mr. Klipfel is not just a class. You don't just learn almost literally everything about the history of the USA, you also learn life lessons. He helps mold you into into an amazing critical thinker that cares and is aware of the world, and he helps you develop skills you'll actually use in life and in college. He's a mentor who truly cares about the success of his students both inside the class and out. I doubt you'll ever have a better more intelligent, caring, passionate teacher in your life.

    Course highlights:

The best part about this course is that it actually requires you to be a thinking human being that analyzes the world. Not only do you learn to be a much better critical thinker, you learn that ignorance and apathy are to be fought and success is achieved through hard work. You also coincidentally gain a thorough understanding of US history, and it is an amazing prep course for the AP US exam.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

This class will kick your rear end. Let it. It will make you a better person. Do the term paper and the notes as best you can and soak in the knowledge. Pay attention in class. Klipfel is beyond reasonable, he will work with you if you need help with anything. Do the work, Have fun, Don't give up.
