    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because it is not just an AP class thats easy and will help in the future, but i class i highly enjoyed. It had a challenging hint to it with hands on learning in the lab. And making memories doing these things helped me learn more. You work together with classmates and get a taste of what being in a real lab would be like. The struggles faced, issues found with the experiment, but the best feeling was finding correct results, it was a good feeling.

    Course highlights:

The highlights to me were all the labs we did, specifically one we did that we had to identify an unknown liquid that was made. We were set on our own and had to face issues ourselves. It helped me learn that challenges will always come, but you have to work at it to succeed and figure things out.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to study and remember past lessons. This is where i struggled. If you dont commit time then you will not succeed in this class.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is an incredible opportunity to understand the world around us. Mr. Chandler creates an environment where students feel safe to ask questions, and allowed us to pursue what topics we were interested in while preparing us for the AP exam. The course was challenging but manageable, and I feel like I learned the most in this class out of all of my high school classes.

    Course highlights:

The highlights were definitely the labs. Mr. Chandler kept us engaged, and challenged us to complete the labs on our own. He encouraged us to take chances, but always kept us safe. I learned that it is okay to fail, and always okay to express curiosity.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you study and ask questions. Allow yourself to explore what interests you!

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The course material is not difficult, but the class is not presented very effectively.

    Course highlights:

I didn't much like the course at all. I learned how to be reliant on outside sources to learn information.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared to try to learn outside of class.
