    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would absolutely recommend this course. Ms. Longo and Psychology has taught me so much about the way the brain works and how humans function. I have always been intrigued by the human mind and all of the intricacy of human emotions. This course gave me all of the tools I need to drive my passion even further.

    Course highlights:

As someone who suffers from obsessive compulsive disorder and generalized anxiety I have always been intrigued by the science behind why I struggle to keep my compulsions at bay. I truly enjoyed the Mental Health part of this course because it allowed me to gain a further understanding as to why I react to certain situations the way I do.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would recommend keeping an open mind because in this course there are many personal discussions that take place where many do not share the shame opinion or reasoning. I would also recommend taking thorough notes and when studying using them to your advantage.
