    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I actually took Pre Calculus not AP, but I have heard great things from friends who have taken the class. When I took Pre Calculus with Mr. Pauwelyn I enjoyed it. I struggled with math a bit and he helped me get through the year

    Course highlights:

The highlights from his course would be the Unit circle. The way Mr. Pauwelyn taught it helped me and my classmates understand it easily and quickly.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Please please please study and get help. Mr. Pauwelyn has no issue staying after to help you understand things. Also, please pay attention in class, he tends to teach at a fast pace which for some is great, but if you get distracted easily try to eliminate those distractions.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The only reason i would recommend this class is if you need the extra honors class in order to graduate with honors, however for a lot of seniors, it is not a choice.

    Course highlights:

In all honesty, i learned very little from this teacher, but I do not mean to undermine his intellect because he is a very smart man, he just downs't now how to teach. His strategy was to not help us remember, but understand the material, which just made it more confusing and frustrating.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

i guess i could say that paying attention is good, but not too close attention because he will tend to get problems wrong. Be vigilant of that because you could be doing your problems wrong.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would personally only take this course if you have a great teacher. In my case I did not and therefore I didn't learn much unfortunately. If math comes easy to you and you're able to understand information easily without being taught properly then this class may be for you.

    Course highlights:

Very surprising how a class pulls together when nobody knows what they're doing.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Find a tutor if you are having trouble or group up with classmates for study sessions
