Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Mr. Simmons actively supports his students and effectively prepares his students for AP tests and College culture

    Course highlights:

I really enjoyed the historical tangents that Mr. Simmons would engage in. He would emphasize to us the progress we've made as a human race and would always encourage us to mimic the scale of monumental achievements in order for us to have a successful future.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

You should engage in the lectures he provides and always read the material he provides.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it because it is a great course for getting ready for college. It is like a college course so it prepares you for the real thing. It also has a really great curriculum, and teaches the students about American literature.

    Course highlights:

What I have gained from this course is the ability to make strong evidence based arguments, and to be able to write essays quickly. I have also now had the feel for what a college course is like, and possible college credit.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do the small assignments because over all they will help you with your grade. If your teacher makes you read books and do journal entrees do them because it could affect your grade a lot if you don't do those as well. Also participate in class discussions because not only will it help your grade but the other people's ideas can also help you with yours.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course gives you great skills on U.S. History

    Course highlights:

I learned that U.S. Seceded from the British and gained their own independence. This was very important because it makes me happy to be a U.S. citizen.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

I would consider that you take it and learn more about where you are and what happened here to make it the way it is now.
