Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It was interesting to me because I have always loved history. Mr. Meltebrink made the class fun, and would always grab my attention. I thoroughly enjoyed his class. It was also fairly easy to pass, even though it was an AP class.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were certain sections for me. My favorite sections were the world wars. They have always interested me, and they were a lot of fun to learn about. Also, I enjoyed when Mr. Meltebrink would have us play kahoot or when he would have us compete against each other in trivia games.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Some tips I would give for students wanting to take this course is that doing the reading the teacher assigns is essential. Make sure to read and take good notes, because it will benefit you in the long run. Also, studying for an hour or so a night is really helpful when it comes to remembering the material. And lastly, ask questions. Making sure your questions are answered by him and not other students makes sure you have the correct answers.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The teacher is difficult, yet encourages students to think in new perspectives. This class is very student driven, so your success depends on you!

    Course highlights:

I really enjoyed some of the connections I could make from European History to modern day. I learned a lot about certain pieces of culture that astounded me! The evolution of mankind is especially highlighted through the many inventions and ideals that were imagined through the centuries.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Always read and take notes over the assigned chapter. Although this may be difficult to do every night, this will help you be successful in quizzes and on tests. Focus and memorize all of the highlighted words! Often there are quizzes just on those words!
