Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

the teacher was absolutely amazing and inspirational. she honestly changed my life and made my high school experience better.

    Course highlights:

We learned about comma splice, run on sentences and grammatical errors. we learned what every advanced English class learns. Except that we also learned how to be a better, more creative version of ourselves through assignments and projects Mrs. Meisel assigned us.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Keep an open mind about the topics discussed and always write down the due dates of assignments.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I absolutely loved this course, not only for the great plays are writing activities, but for the amazing teacher. She made my year in AP literature amazing and almost single handedly made my high school experience.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot. Some of my problem areas were fixed during this course, such as dangling modifiers, passive voice, and comma splices. I learned so much about writing, and I miss it so much.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be ready to write a lot. Also be ready to be held responsible if you miss a due date, because you'll realize that it is no one's fault but your own. This class teaches responsibility and listening skills and really does help prepare you for the future. Have fun!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The teacher was wonderful and we went over literature, grammar, writing and more very thoroughly. I was always very engaged in the course and miss it.

    Course highlights:

This course taught me how to fix and identify comma splices, dangling modifiers and more. The highlight of this course by far, though, was the teacher.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't be lazy and always do your work or you'll get behind. Also, try to be creative with your work and remember that when the curtains are blue, there is always an underlying meaning in English class.
