    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would not recommend taking this class if you do not have any interest in American history. I took it my junior year in highschool and I hated it. It's not like I had a bad teacher, in fact she was a great teacher, I just wasn't interested in the subject which lead me to perform poorly in the class. So my only advice is to only take that class if you absolutely love history

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course was the book projects. Although I don't usually like writing book reports, or reading, I actually enjoyed reading about Abraham Lincoln and John Adams. It was interesting to learn about there personalities as they made history in the earlier days of the US.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

To succeed in this course you should not slack off like I did. You need to keep up with the reading and the homework, otherwise you will be very disappointed in your grade. You should also take time each week to study the knowledge map she gives you, cause a lot of the knowledge map is on her tests and the AP test as well

    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class has an amazing teacher who is funny and passionate about the subject she's teaching. Not to mention that the subject matter is extremely interesting. If you are an auditory learner especially, this class is for you.

    Course highlights:

Learning about the major aspects of US history is the highlight of the class, like the Civil War or World Wars I and II. You go in depth and research points of view that you might have not necessarily known were even present.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If you want a class to just bs, this isn't the class for you. It is apparent when you've studied and when you've not studied. Also the book is another perspective, the notes that she gives in class is what you should be studying.
