Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it is one of the most helpful courses you could take in a college career! Not only will it help you become a better speaker in general, but it helps you in other classes when you have presentations, in job interviews and the ability to publicly speak is desirable for many job positions.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was getting to hear speeches. Throughout speeches, you get to learn a little more about classmates and what they like and things they support, etc. In the end you feel closer to the class than before.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

My biggest advice would be to follow directions! Some areas of speeches are harshly graded, but if you just do the work properly, it shouldn't be an issue. When practicing speaking, record yourself and listen, and try practicing in the mirror. Get used to hearing your own voice and make eye contact! However, don't overthink anything! Have fun with it.
