    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    This course is full of so much good information for young adults. It isn't just a basic health or P.E. class; they really teach you important information about food, exercise, and healthy living choices.It overall is really helpful and I loved the class.

    Course highlights:

    The course was always interesting; there is always a lot of really cool information that is important. There are so many things they teach you about that blows your mind. They teach so many different facts about food, and how to eat healthier in this day and age. It is fantastic and I really do enjoy the class.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    There is a good bit of busy work involved, and the reading is mostly on your own. It isn't bad, because the reading is pretty interesting. The teacher goes over the book in class, but you need to know the information in order to do the check-ins at the end of each module.
