    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    I recommend this class because it is easy and the work isn't hard. A lot of great material that you will carry on for a lifetime. Professor is really specific, so make sure to go into detail.

    Course highlights:

    I've gained knowledge of my healthy lifestyle , the food I can eat to be more efficient and healthier, the types of health conditions, and different types of workout methods.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Go to class. Attendance is everything.
