Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class is a required class for KSU's Exercise science program. The teacher made the class fun, and it was a joy to go to every day.

    Course highlights:

The material covered was not just something you have to just regurgitate on the tests. The material is usable and applicable to your everyday life.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Doing the work will go a long way towards being ready for the tests. The project that was supposed to be completed was a behavior change project. In this project you had to make a change to a behavior and you filled out assessments based on how tough the change was to you and it covered strategies used to help with behavior changes.
