Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course elaborates on the beginnings of the United States and the political landscapes of the past that have influenced our current government. Thought this course students trace back all the way to George Washington, to John Adams, Jefferson, and so on. It describes what actions they took to thwart all adversaries effecting the U.S. In this course one understands the impacts and causes of specific wars that our nation found themselves involved in. I particularly enjoyed this course because I have a tendency to read textbooks as politically correct storybooks.

    Course highlights:

I learned the movements, opinions, tariffs, and wars, that have shaped this country. Everything we, as a nation, stand for is the fingerprint of past presidents and citizens of influence.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not think for one second that you can pass this course without reading the AP Textbook. Google can't bail you out during the test.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because, the teacher makes the class very exciting as well as staying on topic and assigning just the right amount of work to give out to the class. Although the test are pretty hard, she always does test reviews, and the notes are always good to study from.

    Course highlights:

Highlights of this course was that i got to learn everything that happened in the US from the roaring 20's even up to 911. Almost every week we work in group to discuss what we have learned or have a good class project.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

To succeed in the course you have to pay attention and take lots of notes. Some study tips would be to go through your notes and bullet point any dates or important events that happened. Also always keep your hand raised and interact with the class to keep the class discussion going.
