    Course Overview:

    I would recommend this course because in sports med it has a lot of hands-on learning

    Course highlights:

    in this course you learn a lot about what careers are related to sports med and it gives you an idea of what you'd be doing if you would go into this field. This course taught cpr, how to properly train someone, the ways the correctly exercise, and what diets would be good for people that have different health problems.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    if you are studying this course because you want to later major in sports med related jobs, I suggest you pay attention.

    Course Overview:

    This course teaches you so much on a human body and opens your mind up to more dieseases out there and how to help others.

    Course highlights:

    the highlight of this course for me was learning how to do cpr and getting certified , learned how to save a little kids life when needed.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    I would tell them to listen and pay attention becasue this class will open up your mind a lot more and most important , to enjoy it .
