    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Good place to talk about struggles that minorities face and to learn about bigotry

    Course highlights:

A more open and aware mind. Importance of being involved

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Get involved because it will seem boring if you don't put anything into it

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it because it focuses on social and racial justices in the world and we do lots of writing on what we think and how we feel about a current day issue.

    Course highlights:

What I gained from this class was a better understanding on current day issues. I also learned how to voice my opinions on something I felt strongly about. Highlights from the class was being able to bring in to class what you thought was art and being able to talk about your art piece. We also had a gallery walk around the room so you got a chance to see everybody's perception of art.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

My advice to you is to make sure you complete your homework whenever its assigned because it will come in handy when you have a class discussion. My other piece of advice would be to make sure you attend every class, you don't want to be the person who's trailing behind, trust me!

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class is absolutely amazing. Mr. Kulak has a wonderful way of presenting new information to the students that helps us to see from entirely new perspectives. Since I have begun this course, I feel that I have grown immensely as a person.

    Course highlights:

I think that the most valuable thing that I have learned in this course was the way that the media represents the world today. So many people see the world from lenses that are created by society, when in reality, those perspectives are very dense and often times untrue.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

In order to take this class, you have to be very open minded and allow change of perspective. This class will push your limits and give you tremendous growth almost immediately, so you have to remain open to that change.
