Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The reason I would recommend this is because as more people come to United States, there are going to be even more people speaking Spanish, and soon it will be challenging to communicate if you don't know Spanish. Do you know how many jobs require you to know 2 or more languages, and how many colleges require you to have 3 or more years of spanish, french, etc. Also if you and your friend both get the same job, if you know more then 1 language, you will get paid more because of it. This is the reason i highly recommend learning different languages in school while you can.

    Course highlights:

What you will gain from this course is a closer look on Spanish speaking countries and what their traditions are. You will get to participate in activities that helps or sharpens your skills in the language as will as getting to know different people and traditions.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

What i did for the course was study, repeat words that she said, listen, and watch hand gestures because it will help you understand what she says and overall help you with your skill

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend taking a foreign language because of how diverse America's ethnicity is already. Especially learning Spanish because of how common it is in America today. Knowing a language is great for a job or college application and can also come in handy in daily life.

    Course highlights:

I learned plenty from taking Spanish. Not only the language itself, but the different culture that comes with it. Spanish is a general language many people can speak in the world today. A lot of the Spanish vocabulary is similar to other languages as well, such as Italian. Knowing general Spanish can help you in learning and understanding these languages. Taking Spanish also helped me learn patience, because it takes a lot of patience to learn a second language. Patience and practice, its not just something you can learn over night but after its learned its totally worth the experience.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Learning a 2nd language isn't easy, but it really comes in handy in the long run. Having a second language, especially such a well known and most used one like Spanish, under your belt is really beneficial in jobs, colleges, applications, and just daily life itself. It takes a lot of hard work, dedication, and patience. Learning Spanish also takes a lot of practice. Even though its not the easiest subject, its very beneficial. i absolutely recommend taking this class.
