    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

-Amazing professor -Strategic study guides -Hands-on lab -Able to learn material very well

    Course highlights:

I knew I was always interested in the sciences and wanted to pursue the medical field. After I took AP Biology, I was able to reaffirm my interests in Biology and how everything works. Currently, I am a first year in College of the Holy Cross and I am still on the pre-med track.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

It is an amazing class however you have to be interested and dedicated to succeed. It is okay not to do well in exams but you have learn from it. It teaches you a lot and gives you an idea of college classes.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend biology, because this course encourages students to learn about many topics, such as plant and animal cells, DNA, and genetics, and it also helps us learn about how to use a microscope and to look at microorganisms through one.

    Course highlights:

In biology, I gained a better understanding of how both plant and animal cells function, how the DNA functions, and the different types of genetics people are born with. I was taught how to use a microscope and what parts it came with, and also had a chance to look at microorganisms.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

To succeed in biology, every time we had an upcoming test or quiz, I read over my notes of the topic our test was going to be on every night before the test day. I preferred using flash cards to help me understand and remember the topic.
