Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend it because it is extremely fun, engaging, and its educational value outweighs that of many other core classes. Through history one can gain pivotal knowledge about the social and political patterns of modern-day society.

    Course highlights:

I learned that history is nothing but a pattern that can be easily analyzed with critical thinking. Through this course I became a better analyst and objective writer that can use context and inference to predict historical events.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Enjoy it! With a teacher as engaged as Mr. Ryan Blankenship, the history of the world became the most fun experience I have ever had. History is a wonderful life lesson in itself, and an interactive teacher -either Mr. Blankenship or someone as great as him- will definitely make it much better.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I loved this class. Not only is the content interesting and engaging, but taking it as a sophmore or junior teaches you the study skills, writing skills, and reasoning that you will need to do well in other AP classes.

    Course highlights:

This class had many highlights, from simply getting to learn and understand the rich history of mankind to finally getting the grade on an essay or test.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If you are willing to take this class and do the work, it is amazing class for the student that will excel. If you'll be busy or unable to devote yourself to your studies, then this class may not be for you.
