    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I recommend it because we do so many things in this class. The course itself is interesting and we do a lot a labs. The case files may be a little difficult, however we work in groups so it makes things so much easier.

    Course highlights:

During the course I learnt a lot of medical terms and facts. We learned about analysis of blood and DNA , as well as learning about how people can die.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

You need to be able to research and have knowledge in this field. You have to also put in the time and effort to solve the mystery of the person's death.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course combines the high points of both Physics and Chemistry, making it the perfect class for any student looking to take both classes in the same year but unable to do so.

    Course highlights:

During the course I gained an extensive understanding of electromagnetism, quark types and their flavors, the different phases of matter, thermodynamics, phases of matter, and the application of physics to chemistry.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

During this class, each student should be prepared to apply themselves in group conversations. Flashcards are the most common way, and perhaps the most useful way to help with memorizing polyatomic ions and element symbols.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Science is clearly not for everyone, so you do need to use some personal judgment when deciding whether or not to take this course. Science has always been my weakest subject. Chemistry focuses on a wide variety of topics, from electricity to molecular geometry. This class required a lot of work but the teacher is very helpful and good at explaining things.

    Course highlights:

Batteries, Compounds, chemical reactions, molecular geometry, etc. Everything you would learn in Beginning College Chemistry.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not let your success in regular Chemistry determine if you should take this class. In a lot of ways, I found AP easier, and actually had a higher grade. However, do not take this course if you are not willing to put a heavy amount of time into studying and labs.
