    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend taking this course because it was fast moving and challenged me enough to where I couldn't go one test without studying. The quizzes and multiple choice packets were very helpful as were the vocabulary homework packets. The labs were ALL very educational and fun!

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were definitely the labs. I loved every single one of them and we worked in small, compatible groups to finish and learn as much as we could. The fetal pig lab was one of my favorites. I learned about as much as one can about biology. We spent a lot of time on Darwin's theory of evolution, ecology and molecular genetics which were all very helpful on the AP exam.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

To succeed in this course, you must have a very strong study plan and you need to be willing to work for your grade. It's not an easy A but if you pay attention during the lectures, powerpoints and little 10 point quizzes and study outside of class, you should do fine.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course was a very exciting course and Mr. Reynolds explained each area very well.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of the course were Cellular Respiration and Cell Division. On these subjects I learned the key aspects of Cellular Respiration and how and why it is important for cells to divide through Mitosis.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you arrive to class prepared and on time and make sure you pay attention and take lots of notes.
